CUSTOMERS AND LOCAL CHARITIES BOTH WIN THIS HOLIDAY SEASON AT AUGUSTINE CASINO

COACHELLA, CALIF,  November 13 – Augustine Casino has officially kicked off its annual holiday food drive benefiting The Galilee Center, Coachella Valley Rescue Mission and Martha’s Village and Kitchen.  Augustine Casino is rewarding club members with $5 in free slot play for every five or more non-perishable food items donated at the Advantage Club.

“Our guests always step up. We’ve already donated 700 pounds of food to Galilee Center” said Jef Bauer, general manager of Augustine Casino.  “We value our partnerships throughout the community and really enjoy giving back, especially during this time of year.”

Those who want to get involved can donate non-perishable and non-expired food items at Augustine Casino through December 21st.  Acceptable food donations include canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, canned meats, mac & cheese, rice, beans, tomato sauce, cereal, powdered milk, peanut butter, cooking oil, crackers, soups, baby formula and baby food. Holiday sides such as peas, corn, cranberry sauce, and spices are also encouraged.
